Q: What time are check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is between 16:00 -22:00pm. If you'll be late, please let us know it for sure. Check-Out is between 7:00 -10:00am. You'll be charged ¥1.000 /h over 10:00 am.
Q: Is it possible to have a late check-out?
A: We haven't accepted it.
Q: Can I make a reservation by telephone?
A: We are very sorry, but we do not accept reservations by phone. Please use the reservation form on our homepage.
Q: After check-in, you can come and go 24 hours a day.
A: Is there a shop inside the hotel?
Q: Can I leave my luggage there before I check in or after I check out?
A: You can leave your luggage with us after 10am on the day you check in, or until 10pm on the day you check out.
Q: Can you hold my valuables for me?
A: Please take care of all valuables by yourself. We do not take any responsibility for theft, damage, or loss.
Q: Is there an age limit to stay?
A: You must be at least 18 years old to stay our hostel. 15 to 17 years old can stay if letter of parental consent signed by parent is presented. There is no age limit if you are staying in a private room with a parent or guardian. For dormitory room, over 12 years old can stay with a parent or guardian.
Q: Is it possible to exceed the maximum occupancy in a private room?
A: No, we do not allow more guests than the stated capacity.
Q: Can someone come into the hotel if they are not a guest?
A: As a rule, only hotel guests are allowed into the rooms. In addition, you may not be able to stay in the lobby with multiple people or for an extended periods of time.
Q: Is it ok to bring food and drinks inside?
A: Yes, you can bring food and drinks inside, but if you do so, please eat and drink in the special space that we have provided.
Q: Can I bring cigarettes or alcohol inside?
A: Smoking is prohibited inside the building except smoking area. You can bring alcohol, but please drink it in the special space provided.
Q: Do you provide meal service?
A: We do not provide meal service, but there are many restaurants nearby, and we can recommend some for you at the front desk.
Q: Is it possible to stay as a group?
A: It is possible, but our cancellation policy is different than an individual stay, so please check the precautions on the reservation form.
Q: Is parking available?
A: We do not have a parking lot so if you come by car, please use a coin parking lot nearby.
Q: Can I send my luggage to the hotel?
A: As a general rule, we refuse the sending of luggage.
Q: Is there a fee if I cancel my reservation?
A: There may be a fixed cancellation fee so please check the precautions on the reservation form.
Q: Can I use the internet?
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on all floors.
Q: Is there a shop inside the hotel?
A: There is no shop inside the hotel, but there is a shop nearby that is open 24 hours a day so please shop there.

A: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Union Pay.


Q: Do you have a charger for smart phones or PCs?
A: We have electrical outlets that you can use for free, but please bring your own charger.
Q: Is there a locker where I can keep my valuables and luggage?
A: We have simple storage space for your luggage and a container for your things, but please take care of your valuables yourself.
Q: Can I buy daily necessities there?
A: We sell towels, toothbrushes, razors, etc. In addition, shampoo and body soap are available for free.

A: The second floor is a common space, so please obey the rules.

A: No, We do not have a landline.
Q: Is there a shower, toilet, and sink?
A: Yes, we have a community shower, toilet, and sink. Also, some of our private rooms are equipped with a private shower, toilet, and sink.

A: No, there are no TVs installed.


Q: Will I be OK if I can’t speak Japanese?
A: Our staff speak both Japanese and English. Some of our staff can speak other languages, too.
Q: Will I be OK if I can’t read Japanese?
A: Notices in the hotel are generally written in both Japanese and English. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask the staff.


Q: Which is the nearest station?
A: Namba subway station, Namba station on the Nankai Line, Osaka Namba Station on the Kintetsu Line. There is also excellent access from the Airport and Shinkansen.
Q: Are there any restaurants or sightseeing spots nearby?
A: We are located in the middle of Dotonbori so there are so many restaurants and sightseeing spots that even if you stayed for a whole year, you wouldn’t be able to visit them all.
Q: Could you recommend any restaurants or sightseeing spots?
A: Of course, our staff will introduce our most recommended restaurants and sightseeing spots.
